- Practice in pairs/groups with tutor guidance

WHAT WILL YOU NEED TO BRING FOR THE COURSE?
- A large towel and a blanket
- Reflexology medium
- Reflexology chair if you prefer to use one (although couches will be available)
- Pen & paper if you wish to take notes
- YOURSELF! (and whatever else you use to make yourself and your client comfortable
DURATION: 1 day, 10:00am-5:00pm.
