I joined this marvellous industry in 2004 when I first started my training in Swedish massage. At first I was doing it as a ‘back up’ career as I wanted to be a full time writer. Before I knew it, I fell in love with holistic therapy and it has been my full time career for almost twenty years. After catching ‘the bug’, I trained in Indian Head Massage, Reflexology, facials, Reiki, deep tissue massage and the list goes on and on. My CV is now rather long! I think it’s important not to become stagnant and to keep learning. As the old adage goes, KNOWLEDGE IS POWER! And there’s nothing more powerful than complementary therapy.
 I run my own mobile therapy business; Massage, facials and holistic therapy by Mark and it makes me feel old that I’ve now been treating some of my clients for over fifteen years. I love nothing more than seeing the joy on a client’s face after every single treatment. I specialise in Reflexology for mental health and have even created my own facial technique called “Deep Plump and Glow Facial.”
